Return Policy

1. Watch Items

1.1 Water Resistance Disclaimer

De.TimepiecesPH does not guarantee the waterproofing or water resistance performance of any watch sold. Water resistance may deteriorate over time due to age, wear, prior servicing, or environmental exposure.

1.2 Final Sale Policy

All watch sales are final. Watches sold by De.TimepiecesPH are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange except as expressly provided under this policy.

1.3 Authenticity & Quality Concerns

If you believe a watch received is inauthentic or materially not as described, you must notify De.TimepiecesPH by email at [de.timepiecesph@gmail.com](mailto:de.timepiecesph@gmail.com) within fifteen (15) working days from the date of delivery.

Upon review and verification by De.TimepiecesPH, an approved claim may qualify for a refund equivalent to the purchase price paid for the watch, excluding shipping fees, taxes, duties, and other related charges.

1.4 Determination of Claims

De.TimepiecesPH reserves the sole and absolute right to assess and determine the authenticity, condition, and overall eligibility of any return or claim submitted under this policy.

1.5 Return Conditions

Approved returns must be shipped back in the exact condition in which the item was originally delivered, including but not limited to:

* Original packaging
* Accessories
* Documentation
* Tags, if applicable

Items showing signs of misuse, alteration, damage, or tampering may be rejected.

Non-Watch Items

2.1 Accessories & Tools

Non-watch items, including but not limited to watch accessories, straps, tools, and related merchandise, may be returned within seven (7) days from the date of delivery for store credit or exchange only.

Returned non-watch items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Shipping, Lost, or Damaged Parcels

De.TimepiecesPH is committed to ensuring all orders are securely packaged and dispatched with care. However, once an order has been transferred to the selected courier or shipping provider, responsibility for the parcel passes to the carrier.

By placing an order with De.TimepiecesPH, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

3.1 Courier Responsibility

De.TimepiecesPH shall not be held liable for parcels that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged after shipment has been dispatched and accepted by the courier.

Any shipping-related concerns arising during transit must be coordinated directly with the shipping carrier, subject to their respective policies and procedures.

3.2 Shipping Insurance

Customers are strongly encouraged to avail of shipping insurance or upgraded shipping services for high-value purchases.

If shipping insurance is declined or unavailable, De.TimepiecesPH shall not be responsible for any financial loss arising from lost, stolen, or damaged parcels during transit.

3.3 Customer Information & Delivery Address

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is complete and accurate.

De.TimepiecesPH shall not be liable for failed deliveries, delays, or losses resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

3.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, De.TimepiecesPH’s liability shall be limited solely to the amount paid by the customer for the purchased item and shall exclude any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use, delivery, delay, or inability to deliver the product.
